Payment Link FAQ's

How do I get the purchase link to put on my website?
Once you log into your account, click the My Products tab. From here you can click the View Payment Button link. You can then view several different payment images preloaded with your payment link. Users may also upload their own payment image, and we will bind the link directly into your own image or custom text.

Should I test my link before I take my site live?
You definitely want to make sure the order process on your site works before you take the site live. A test purchase is a good way to do this, and it will ensure your customers are happy from the start. Orders under $5.00 will not generate a PayGear service charge. You can make as many test sales as you wish if the price is under $5.00.

Can I put another payment processor on my website?
You may use another payment processor as long as it is through PayGear. You may not use another payment processor which is not tied into your PayGear account. When you tie them into your PayGear account, customers will be able to select which one they want to use on your checkout page. They may select from Authorize.net (which allows the user to pay directly to your credit card gateway), Paypal, or Google Checkout. You may select just one or all four.

Can I add my own logo to the checkout page?
Yes, we realize how important it is to have your own custom look even for your checkout page. Add your own logo to the checkout page when you create the product or later at My Products >> Edit.
