How often is the marketplace updated?
The market place is updated daily.
How do I submit my product to the marketplace?
You may select where you want your product to appear in the marketplace when you first create your account. If you decide to change the location you can do so under My Products >> Edit >> Marketplace Location.
Why don’t I see my product in the marketplace after I have made my one sale?
There are a few reasons for such an issue. However, the most common mistake is using the wrong order button. If you are using a PayPal order button instead of a PayGear button or link, you will need to adjust your HTML to reflect the PayGear order process.
If you think you have the order link set up properly, send us an email and we will look over your website and find the problem.
If I update my marketplace information, when will I see the change in the marketplace?
Since the marketplace updates once per day, it may take up to 24 hours before you see the changes take effect.
