Yes, PayGear is 100% free to join. When you sign up you will get a free affiliate account and a free vendor account. There are no upgrading fees and we do not charge per product. List as many produts as you wish under one account for free.
I signed up for a PayGear account. Now what?
You have several options as a PayGear member. You can publish your own product and become a vendor. You can start promoting other products and receive an affiliate commission for each sale you make. You can encourage other people to join programs that earn two-tier commissions, and earn second-tier commissions for your recommendation. Or you can just promote our marketplace and receive commissions on any product which is sold though your referral.
What payment processors does PayGear work with?
PayGear works with PayPal, Authorize.net and Google Checkout.
Do I need a PayPal account to use PayGear?
No. However, it is recommended, as PayPal is the number one on-line payment processor in the world. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can get one for free by
clicking here. Otherwise you can use one of the other processors we offer, such as Authorize.net, 2Checkout, or Google Checkout. However, please note that affiliate payments can only be sent though PayPal or by check, so if you do not use Paypal, you will need to handle your affiliate payments by check.
I need technical support for the product I purchased. What do I do?
If you have issues downloading the product or any other technical needs with the product you purchased, you should contact the vendor of the product. The vendor is an expert on the product and can assist you with your technical needs.

If you do not find any of your answers in the FAQ section, just send us an email via the customer support link above. If you contact us during our hours of operation, we will answer your question within one hour. Otherwise, your email will be answered the following morning.

Can I pay with an online check?
Yes, PayPal now accepts online checks in addition to credit cards and regular PayPal transfers.
I tried to sign up but did not receive the validation email.
A validation email is sent to you by team@paygear.com. If you did not receive this email it likely means your email account is blocking our message. First we recommend you look in your spam folder. If you do not see it there, you can try putting our sending address team@paygear.com on your emails contact list. In most cases that will whitelist the address so it can get through. If that doesn’t work either, you will need to use an alternate email address. If you need a new free email address, we recommend getting a Gmail account.
